I am from USA and have lived in Cancun since 1981. I always went back to TX to get dental work because I didn’t know a dentist here. Some friends recommended Dr. Joaquin Berron and I began going to him in 1993.
The cleanliness in his spacious office and the ultimate new techniques and equipment surpass what I have seen in USA. Dr. Berron speaks perfect English and spends plenty of time examining thoroughly, and then carefully explaining treatment options.
Dr. Berron also taught cosmetic dentistry and Implants at LSU in New Orleans to dental students. So when I decided to put veneers on in 2002, I knew he was very capable. I just returned for my bi-annual visit August 2016 and the veneers are in excellent shape as good as the day he put them in.
There have been friends visiting on me in Cancun from KY and TX who had dental emergencies here. They both went to Dr. Berron and were delighted with the treatment. When they returned home, their own dentists checked them out and said the work was perfect.
I am so happy with the service, treatment and PAINLESS dentistry that I have received there is no other dentist anywhere for me.

From Plymouth Massachusetts. Dr. Herron is, by far, the best dentist I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Plus I get to enjoy this beautiful country of Mexico for the few days I am here.

Dr. Berron is a pioneer and expert on dental implants and applies hi-tech software and hardware for diagnostics and execution of his practice. I would not go anywhere else, highly recommended.

I visited Dr.Berron while on a 10 day trip to Cancun. My teeth were in bad shape, and I was very unsure I would be able to get the results I was hoping for. After an initial consult and examination including x-rays , I found that the repair work needed was actually far more extensive than I had thought. Dr.Berron carefully explained all of my options, and showed me the x-rays and pictures, so that I could see why he made these recommendations, and offered me several options to suit what I was looking for. I ended up getting all of the work done, and I could not be happier! The professionalism of the entire staff was second to none, the standard of hygiene, and work completed, was as good or better than any I have encountered in Canada where dental standards are rigorous.
In addition to this, Antony at the front desk was incredibly helpful, going so far as to arrange transportation to and from the Airport, and to and from our resort for every appointment.
In short, if you are going to Cancun to have dental work done, or just happen to need something done while there, I highly recommend visiting Dentaris!!!

I met the dentist Joaquin for a root canal. He did a very good job and took only 30 minutes for me. I was impressed in his professionalism and he gave me all the information I needed. Definitely a top notch clinic with nice personnel. Do not hesitate
