I only needed one tooth doing after snapping it on hard chocolate and most companies in the Northwest wanted on average £4k and didn't really want to do only 1 tooth, so I had to look elsewhere for treatment.

I was a little uneasy about going abroad for my dentistry and did quite a lot of research before putting my details out to companies in Turkey. Lots came back to me but the reason why I chose this company is because Pelin the lady who responded was not pushy, transparent, very patient with all my questions and prompt with the answers I needed.
She didn't request money up front, gave me a very accurate breakdown of costs once I had sent xrays of what needed doing, then all I needed to do was book flights, I sent confirmation and immediately my accommodation was booked and confirmed.
On arrival it was clear where to wait for my pre-paid taxi, ( you have to tell the boys at the sign who you are, they have your booking ), then you are guided to where your taxi is.
It's an hour from the airport but doesn't take long. The hotel where they book you is nice, clean, comfy and the staff are very helpful.it is a 10 minute walk from the hotel to the clinic and easy to find.
Treatment wise you have no worries, Pelin who was my consultant spoke very good English and was there to translate if needed, the doctors and assistants speak good English too but if they don't understand your questions Pelin was there the whole time to translate.
They explain everything to you before going ahead, they were caring, gentle and clean which was a big tick.
They gave me all the medication I needed which was antibiotics, pain relief and were on hand when I went back to the hotel if I needed them.

I had the implant put in and had to wait 4 months before I could return for the abutement, fitting and finally the new tooth, again the booking process was easy, I stayed 4 days this time and it all went smoothly.

I am very impressed with this company and can't recommend them highly enough, if you choose to have treatment here, honestly you have no worries about who is looking after you it is a purpose built clinic and very efficiently run, other companies book rooms in hospitals for your treatment but this is state of the art.

I would like to thank all at Clinic Prime Istanbul especially Pelin, Alp and Ozlem for making what could have been a real nightmare, into something I am so happy I did.

Clinic Prime - Very Impressive
After a really bad implant experience in Antalya, I discovered Clinic Prime. The treatment they are giving me is over 2 visits. The first visit was to fix and replace, 4 broken and badly fitted implants as well as 5 extractions. There was a lot wrong, but thankfully it has now been rectified. The dentist, surgeon and clinical staff were fabulous. The whole set up is first class and clearly state of the art. Even the lady at reception who supplies drinks and refreshments was wonderful. Finally, I cannot thank my translator and co-ordinator enough. Ela, was totally professional, friendly and a credit to the clinic.
Cannot wait for my second and final visit in approx 8 weeks. I am looking forward to choosing my new smile and finally having it fitted by experts, which Clinic Prime clearly are.
I shall update when my procedure is finished in 2 months.

I am from the USA and was searching for a more affordable option for full dental implants for my mother. After conducting thorough research, I decided to travel to Turkey, specifically to Clinic Prime. I brought my entire family along, totaling seven of us, including three children.

From the outset, Ela was our primary contact. She was kind, sweet, and incredibly professional. Ela answered all of our questions and quickly earned our trust. She guided us through every step of the treatment process, assisting with translation and providing clear explanations.

My mother recently completed the first part of her dental implant treatment, and we couldn't be more pleased with the experience. We plan to return in two months for the second part. Given how impressed we were, I also decided to have treatments for the rest of my family, including myself.

I had two wisdom teeth extracted and underwent a deep cleaning. My wife had issues with two fillings she received in the US that were still causing her pain. The dentist at Clinic Prime identified the problem, removed the old fillings, and replaced them with new ones. My wife is now completely satisfied and feeling great.

My 8-year-old son had significant cavities in two of his permanent teeth. Dentists in the US suggested extracting them, claiming it was too late to save them. However, the doctors at Clinic Prime successfully performed root canals and fillings, and my son is now much better. They also provided fillings for my other two children.

From the moment we entered the clinic, we were greeted by a warm and friendly staff who made us feel right at home. The atmosphere was calm and inviting, which helped alleviate any anxiety we had about the procedures.

So far, we are 100% satisfied with our experience. We hope that when we return in two months to complete the second part of my mother's implant procedure, everything will continue to be perfect.

A positive experience with Clinic Prime. From the time I arrived, until my departure five days later, I was made to feel most welcome. Most importantly, I was advised and guided on every aspect of my treatment to achieve the best possible outcome.
Also Ahmed, was readily available to handle queries 24/7 on treatments, flights and accommodation, as well as being present for all my treatments, which was fully appreciated and made the whole process run smoothly, nothing was too much trouble.

I had my first treatment of full mouth implants in feb 2024 and returned in sept for final crowns ...my implants had bonded too well into my gum bone which made extra work for the dentist yet they did it without any extra cost.Im so happy with my perfect white smile and my teeth look so natural.that people think theyre my own teeth. 5 Star Clinic
I decided a some time back that I needed to restore my teeth due to years of clenching and grinding. They were so worn down and getting worse.

I did a lot of research and took my time deciding on Prime Clinic. I didn’t know anyone who had been there before but all the reviews on Trust Pilot, What Clinic and Google were top notch so I contacted them.

Pelin, my patient coordinator, was very prompt. I sent pics of my teeth and what I’d hoped to achieve, then she set to work with Dr Ersin Arican to create a plan based on my budget and time frame. I was happy to go with it and booked my flight for 3 months later.

I am a woman travelling alone to a country I’ve never been to so I was nervous. Pelin arranged everything from the airport transfers to the hotel and of course my stay at the hotel - which is a 5 min walk away from the clinic -and it’s beautiful btw.

From the very first appointment, they set to work. X-rays, scans and then the full prep for my crowns. Everyday there was much to do. I was so well looked after by everyone. I knew I was in safe hands.

The work was uncomfortable at times (it’s never comfortable keeping your mouth open for long periods) but completely painless. I was sent home with good pain killers should I need them (as I had 2 root canals) but I had no pain.

The result has completely exceeded my expectations - I’m delighted with myself and want to thank all the staff at Prime Clinic for their professionalism, particularly Dr Ersin Arican for his lovely kind approach and his meticulous attention to detail.

What a great experience from beginning…
What a great experience from beginning to completion with Clinic Prime.
We were somewhat dubious about the whole ‘Turkey teeth’ concept as there have been many reports of unsuccessful outcomes. however, if you are contemplating this treatment, you will not go wrong with this very professional surgery. Ahmet was our first point of contact and was responsive and so helpful as were the whole staff here.
As far as the end result, we could not be happier.
Would definitely recommend them to anyone that might have their doubts. They also supply the accommodation and transport to and from the airport so you are looked after from day one.

Wish I could give more stars! I had the absolute best experience ever with this dental clinic.
From beginning to end everything was stellar.
Great transportation, hotel and then the clinic?? Omg

My translator/host was very very very great setting things up and while I was there made sure I was always happy.
My dentist?? Unreal!! Very very detail in making sure I understood everything that was going to happen and then explaining everything that had happened after.
So careful and meticulous to detail and a perfectionist! My goodness!

Also for a fraction of the cost that I was quoted to get the work done in the US.

I did start there with at another clinic in Turkey and they started off good but towards the end I felt I was on a conveyor belt and once the money was in their hands the care got less.

Not this place.. From walking in to leaving everything was perfect and I’m telling everyone I know to go here .. You won’t find a better place with better care and better service.
I will continue to come here for my dental needs even though I live in the states! Well worth every mile and dime!

My experience of Clinic Prime Istanbul was very positive. I needed a new crown fitted and compared then with a few other clinics before making a decision.

Ela was my initial point of contact who discussed options, prices etc. She was never pushy and patiently answered any questions I had.

The actual facilities and experience on the days I was there were 1st class (clean, clearly modern equipment, friendly staff etc).

Ela was there to greet me and also acted as translator when needed. Everything was conducted in a very professional way. The whole experience and results were far better and far more cost effective than here in the UK. I paid for a white crown which was made of far stronger and longer lasting material (zirconia) than what my dentist offered in the UK. It was even much cheaper than the bog standard silver one i could have got with an NHS subsidy! Even got a 3D scan of my entire mouth done which was included in the price. Never seen one of those available in the UK!

In summary, highly recommended and great experience from start to finish. Very professional business.

I have just returned home after stage 1 of my treatment and I am very very happy with it so far, I have had 6 implants a sinus lift a bone graft 3 extractions and Botox in my jawbone. Although there was extra cost to my initial price it was clear it was essential and the price was also very fair (this is where I thought I might get ripped off) everything about the clinic is what you would expect from the best dentist in the UK. You have your uk representative on hand sorting out translation etc he also sorts out your transfers and accommodation. I'm looking forward to returning for stage 2. Before I chose Clinic Prime I had 3 consultations in the uk and the cheapest was 30k I have had more work done than expected and only been charged 8k. I thoroughly reccomend Clinic Prime

Fantastic service
At first I was sceptical because of all the media hype about “Turkey teeth” but I’m so glad I went ahead with the treatment. Onur, my contact was always on hand to answer questions and he was always professional and supportive.

The clinic is very clean and modern and the staff and reception team were all very welcoming. The Dental doctor that treated me always tried to explain what he was doing and Onur was on hand to translate when it got technical.

I was treated with courtesy and kindness from all the staff and never felt that I was getting ‘below par’ service. I would never have been able to afford this kind of treatment in the UK, so am extremely grateful that I found Clinic Prime.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is considering getting dental treatment done in Turkey. They are top notch!

The dental surgeon Ezgi was so friendly yet extremely professional. She had my wisdom tooth out in no time and I hadn’t realised she had put the implants in too all in under half an hour-unbelievable!
No pain whatsoever. I was eating normally by day two. This clinic charges a fraction of what it costs in the UK. The surgery itself is modern, ultra high-tech, friendly and extremely welcoming.
I was introduced to Alp, who will be fitting my crowns in three months time. Today was the third day and I managed to go sightseeing in Istanbul centre. I said I will give a full review after I finish with my second trip and with the end result but I had the experience with few implants and a surgery in my jaw + sinus lift and bone graft.
Which was an success after second day I didn\'t felt almost nothing on implants zones ..the surgeon is an expert can\'t complain he talks you through proces and all ..very fast hands 5 min a implant was done
Wile I wait for my second visit in few months for this few things everything was smooth ..they provide even antibiotics if you need and painkillers ...place is very clean and staff is helpful.
I\'m glad I chose to go here than in my country where they can\'t make a plan for you they just don\'t know how to take your money faster ..I will not name the country Romania because I don\'t want them to feel bad .

After about 6 months of research for which clinic I wanted to visit for my dream smile, I found clinic prime. I flew from NZ to Istanbul in mid October for 16 veneers and a bridge. The process from my consultation with Onur, to flying from NZ to Istanbul and being in the clinic was an amazing experience. The clinic is absolutely gorgeous, and all the staff are so lovely and welcoming. My hotel was a 3 minute walk from the clinic, which was also attached to the mall so everything I needed was on my doorstep (or should I say hotel step?) I’ve had so many compliments about my teeth and experiencing this new found confidence wouldn’t have been possible without the Clinic Prime team. The service is very disappointing - they promise you one thing but then try to get you fake expensive teeth without carrying that the most important thing for you is to save as much of the natural teeth as possible.

The esthetic view is not too bad, but they leave gaps where the teeth ends which causes constant inflammation. One veneer fell off after a year. I wish I never had any treatment in this clinic. P.S. I add a picture I got from them in case they can\'t find my name in the records

I said I will give a full review after I finish with my second trip and with the end result but I had the experience with few implants and a surgery in my jaw + sinus lift and bone graft.
Which was an success after second day I didn't felt almost nothing on implants zones ..the surgeon is an expert can't complain he talks you through proces and all ..very fast hands 5 min a implant was done
Wile I wait for my second visit in few months for this few things everything was smooth ..they provide even antibiotics if you need and painkillers ...place is very clean and staff is helpful.
I'm glad I chose to go here than in my country where they can't make a plan for you they just don't know how to take your money faster ..I will not name the country Romania because I don't want them to feel bad .
I will let you know in summer after everything if is worth full experience or just solve issues and have a little Holliday
