It’s almost hard to put into words how incredible of an experience I had today at Rumo Dental. The level of care and compassion from all of the Doctors and rest of the staff was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced in a dental office. My wife started in July of 2024 with major dental work and finished in January 2025. Everything went exactly as Rumo Dental had scheduled. Everything from our driver picking us up at our motel to all the dental work was well planned, on time, and on budget.

What I appreciated the most was 6 months after our first visit all the same smiling faces were still there to welcomed us back. For me that is a sign of a good business. Part of this might be because of how compassionate Dr Ruiz is.

Dr Ruiz did a thorough assessment and then provided the options very clearly. Service was done promptly and with great care. They took care of three implant crowns and three additional single crowns for myself and two crowns for my husband within 4 days time frame. I went in for the all on 4 for my uppers and was a little upset that i didn’t have enough gum for it so we went with snap ins 4 implants on top and so far everything has been great. They are very flexible & accommodating with appointments. They will help you with lodging as well and shuttles across the border are wonderful so you don’t have to wait in that huge line.

Dr.Ruiz is an exceptionally excellent Doctor. He has state of the art technology and training. My husband and I have been going to him for 3 years now. I have had implant and crown done 2 years ago and have had no issues. My husband had implants for dentures done and new dentures and he has had no issues. The cost is very reasonable considering you pay cash. He does work with some insurance company in the US as well. I highly recommend Dr.Cesar Ruiz for all dental issues, from cavities to root canals to implants to braces. He does it all. If you have to see him multiple times in one week he has a hotel he can put you in for the night. They will also pick you up from the border if needed.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr Ruiz and his staff. I had heard good things about Algodones and this office, so I decided to have some work done. I am TERRIFIED of the dentist, so as we drove from Los Angeles, I tried every excuse to make my husband turn around. I am so grateful that he didn\'t. When I walked into the office, I was trembling with fear. Once I met Dr Ruiz, I was at ease. He is very knowledgeable and has a calm and comforting demeanor. I told him what my dentist in Los Angeles told me, and he started his exam. He took all the scans and modeling of my teeth and we developed a treatment plan that worked for us. We got started right away.

He was incredibly honest with me about my treatment and what was necessary. He told me that I didn\'t need a few of the things that my dentist in LA said I did, and he SHOWED me and explained to me on the x-rays where it wasnt necessary. He also told me that he may need to do an additional treatment, but he wouldn\'t know for sure until he got the other tooth extracted, he said once he got in and saw it, that I didn\'t need it and we would check up in 6 months. The honesty and integrity that he showed me has gained my trust and I will continue to recommend him to my family and friends.

The process to get the CT scan was very quick and easy. It took less than 10 minutes. He promised me that my procedure would not take a very long time, and he was right. Before I knew it, everything was done, and I was back on my way to LA. While I was having my work done, the pharmacy came and delivered my medications so I wouldn\'t have to make another stop before heading back to the car.

Throughout the entire process, I felt no pain. Dr Ruiz made sure that I didn\'t feel anything before he started any work, and he made sure I had the correct pain medication to not have to suffer afterwards. I am grateful for that. It is 2 weeks post procedure and I am healed and heading back to have sutures removed and just check up.

I am very happy with my decision to go to Dr Ruiz. His office manager Jean is very helpful with receipts, answering all of my 100 questions, and setting up the shuttle to pick up from the casino. All of his assistants are very friendly and nice. Also, he is getting a new building that will be much larger and will have everything there. I am very excited to visit when it is completed.

Thank you to Rumo dental for exceeding my every expectation, and giving me the best dental experience I\'ve ever had.

I brought my daughter who has Autism to see the doctors at Rumo dental. They were all attentive to her special needs, taking care to make sure she was comfortable every step of the way. She had extensive work done including root canals, and caps with almost no pain after her procedure.

By chance got an appointment here a few years ago. Looked through the website and found it to be well reviewed and the staff well educated. As of now, I\'ve had teeth cleaning, X-rays, root canals, crowns, and fillings. All have been very well done and not expensive.
The staff is always friendly and the dentist never pushes anything I don\'t need. It is nice Dr. Ruiz remembers me, even after a year and half gap.
The office is small, always clean, and the waiting area is comfortable.

In less than an hour, 4 screws and the hardware were removed from my jaw. I felt no pain only pressure being applied for the removal. This was by far the best dental experience I\'ve ever had.
I was a little leary of going to Mexico for dental work, but I went because of the lower cost. Far less expensive than my hometown in Indiana. The staff at Rumo Dental was very courteous, friendly and professional. They picked me up from my hotel in Yuma and took me directly to their clinic which was very clean, well designed and comfortable. They were able to give me new upper and lower dentures and reline my old dentures in less than a day and a half. After a couple of adjustments my new dentures fit beautifully. They provided a nice clean room to stay in and drove me to and from the clinic. Most ollc askf the staff spoke English, so there was no problem with communication. So if you\'re looking for affordable topnotch denistry, you can\'t get any better than Rumo Dental Group.

I went to Rumo Dental for all on 6 permanent implant dentures upper and lower, their driver picked me up at the airport, took me to my motel, to and from all appointments and back to the airport when finished,, ,, dr Cesar Ruiz did all the extractions and implants and did it with nearly no pain, Im at home now in
washington state and went to my dentist to see how im healing and he told me Im doing great and all 12 implants are looking good. I broke a molar on Oct 8, 2025 and since was very anxious to get back to RUMO. I was lucky that the broken molar had no pain in the meantime. This time I also had a root canal, 1 filling, 2 crowns, and a core buildup, as well as cleaning. All in 2 days...on Thanksgiving and the day after.

All the staff are wonderful. The new building sparkles. More economical than in the USA.

My husband and I have been to Rumo dental clinic several times over a two year period.
My husband now has an excellent new set of dentures. I have three dental implants I never imagined I could afford. My implants feel like my normal teeth. There is no pain or problems when I eat.
I am 73 years old; I have been to many dentists in my life due to living in several states.
Dr. Ruiz is the best dentist I have ever been treated by. I am so very grateful for the services we received from Dr Ruiz.

In the United States, I have always hated going to the dentist. It is extremely expensive and I wasn\'t totally satatified with the end results. And I\'ve had a lot of dental work done by many different dentists. But I needed an infected molar removed and an implant. I had one done before and it was the most traumatic and expensive experience I\'ve ever had. A friend highly recommended that I go to Rumo Dental to see Dr. Cesar Ruiz. OMG I\'ve never had such a positive experience at a dental office in my whole life. Based on my previous implant experience, I was terrified when I first went to Rumo Dental but Dr. Ceasar was so compassionate and reassuring that he calmed me down. And the whole implant experience ended up being a positive one... something that I never thought I\'d experience.
Rumo Dental is the most technically advanced dental office I\'ve gone to.... far superior to any dental office I\'ve gone to in the United States. They only use the top of the line products and advanced equipment. And they do it all... implants, root canals, crowns, cleanings, etc.
I was so impressed with Rumo Dental that I had them repair all the damage on the entire top level of my mouth which included 3 root canals, 11 crowns, correction of the implant that I had done in the US. This was all done in the office and it only took 3 days with a 4th day for final assessment. And it was at least 1/3 the price that I would have paid in the states even with my insurance. I stayed in Yuma AZ and they sent a car and driver to take me to and from all my appointments. A free service they provided.
???? I am so thrilled with the end result. I never thought that I\'d have such gorgeous teeth. I just can\'t stop smiling ????

From the moment I made contact with Rumo Dental, I was treated like a real person by a truly caring team of professionals. From the folks that picked me up, to the front desk, and all the time in the Doctor\'s care, they did it with respect and genuine professionalism.

They did not try to upsell me for procedures I did not need, quite the opposite. I went in expecting to need two crowns, but the Doctor said they were not necessary and quickly repaired my two teeth with fillings. They took x-rays and scans of my teeth to look for any other future concerns and explained the results in detail.

When we were done, they gave me a detailed treatment plan for some other teeth that I was already aware of that will need work soon. I will definitely be using Rumo as my primary dental provider in the future.. I cant recommend them enough.

She drug things along, didn\'t get back to me, etc. Two weeks of pulling teeth from her (pun intended) she set me up for a video consult and promised to send a link for the Fri. 8:30 consult. Thurs by bed time, no email w/link. Given her lack of customer service, I knew she wouldn\'t send it. And she didn\'t. Plenty of alternative dentists.

However, I performed hours and days of research for single implants and a crown and from this, I highly recommend RUMO. Jean was especially helpful--even answering questions on an after hours call. I’m 83. I’ve been to a great number of dentists in that time. I’ve experienced my share of shoddy dental care as well as some very good and talented dentists. All in the U.S. At times, I’ve traveled hundreds of miles to go to a trusted dentist. Sometimes they retire and sometimes they pass away. Such was my predicament about six years ago. Like many of you perhaps, I had heard horror stories from people and relatives who had bad experiences with dentistry in Mexico. I had horror stories of my own with dentists who had their diplomas from Oregon, Washington, and California posted on their office walls. I’m no longer impressed by that. I started doing research on Los Algodones and the dentists in this quaint little town in NE Baja.
I got lucky with my first dentista. Dr. Jackie Cruz. She is esposa(wife) to Dr. Cesar and the two of them are the principals at RUMO DENTAL. I needed several root canal treatments and Dr.Jackie treated them quickly and painlessly. Emphasis on painless. Previously, I’ve had root canals and they can be a bear. Not the case with Dr. Jackie. I still marvel at how simple that was. That was six years ago and those molars and all their roots are still happy. The best part? She is so very gracious with a wonderful sense of humor.
I was in RUMO’s office last week chatting with a fellow patient who was about to undergo a root canal. The next day, his report to me was “ You were right. She’s absolutely painless “. Referring to Dr. Cruz.
