I came from the states and had been talking to Dr Yulia for almost two years before deciding to come down for a male neck lift and lower face lift. After arrival and consultation Dr. Yulia recommended she do my eyes and brow as well, to have a matched face. I wasn’t prepared for that much but after a night of research I found her reasoning was solid: one general anesthesia, one surgery, one recovery, rather than doing all this in stages.
The procedures went great, and I availed myself of the available recovery room for 24/7 care. All the staff has been great. Sandra has been my charge nurse and therapist and is superb. The team here uses all the advanced methods to speed healing: hyperbaric chamber, red light therapy, cold therapy, PRP injections, massage and more.
I’m very happy with Dr. Yulia and her staff and her entire program and recommend her for any cosmetic surgery work.

I just had to write about my recent surgery. I have had many in my 64 years all in the USA until this one. I have been very lucky to have really good or even great surgeons. But I have never had one like this before. Normally after surgery I have been alone and taken care of myself with a great deal of pain. To my amazement I found a surgeon in Guadalajara. A city I am fast going to love with everything it has to offer. But the Doctor Yuliya Nikonova at the Especialidades Medicas Miguel Angel practice is the best I have been to. Not only was she reasonable in pricing but I have not had 1 pain pill since my surgery. Yes, there is a little discomfort. It was a hard surgery for augmentation removal and big amount of repair. I came out looking way better than expected and with little pain. I cannot recommend or thank them enough. For your better health and surgery needs please talk to them before you decide on a surgeon. I don’t know how but they made my surgery pleasant and easy.

So I went back for a second time of course since my first experience was outstanding. Let me tell you they never let you down. Great doctor great staff great services. This time I had a ponytail facelift and breast implants and it went great they look so natural and honestly was very painless. Once again I’ll never go another place again 10 stars from me

I went to Tijuana Mexico 20 days ago to see Dr. Yuliya Nikonova with LAYYN Medical Group for my mommy make over. Dr Yuli performed an implant removal and a breast augmentation with a lift, placed a internal mesh bra, did an extended tummy tuck with muscle repair and a mons lift, she also did 360 lipo and some extras. My recovery has been wonderful. Dr Yuli goes above and beyond to make sure that you are comfortable and taken well care of.
While I stayed in her recovery house for 4 days and I received the best care there. Sandra, Adriana, Alexandra, Laura and Sarai are all wonderful people. I couldn’t be more pleased with my outcome. Thank you ladies for a wonderful experience.
Since I’ve been home I have sent multiple messages to Dr. Yuli showing her my incisions and she gets back to me in a very timely manner. I’m so happy that I went with LAYYN Medical Group.

- [ ] Deciding to have arm lift surgery was a very big decision for me, so I did a lot of research. Going to a foreign country for surgery was also a major decision, but I have no doubts that Dr. Yuli and her team was the best decision for me. She was very thorough during my consultation and pre-op visit explaining everything that she thought I needed and how it would be done. The hospital staff were very friendly and knowledgeable despite the slight language barrier. After one night in the hospital I was moved to the recovery house. Sandra, the nurse at the recovery house, was amazing. She took care of all my needs, making sure I ate and had all my meds on time. I could not have gotten better care any where. I highly recommend Dr. Yuli for any procedure you are considering. I will be going back soon for another procedure.

I recently had the pleasure of undergoing a Lipo 360 and Brazilian Butt Lift procedure, and I am thrilled to share my overwhelmingly positive experience. I visited from Canada and had a few plastic surgeries with reputable doctors in Toronto and Turkey, and Dr Yuli has been superior. She was able to complete a 360 lipo with bbl, mini arm lift and a cheek lift with extracting old fillers and a mess from a previous surgeon, in one surgery and with minimal bruising. She’s highly skilled but also a lovely person and makes you feel comfortable. She was competent enough to deal with my complex health issues/needs and gave me things like iron and vitamin infusions before hand so that I would be 110% ready for surgery. It’s also helpful that i’ve been able to text her whenever I needed to.
Special shout out to Sandra in the recovery suite as she’s a joy to have around, especially in those most painful and difficult first few days of recovery. She made sure I was well attended to and treated me and my spouse that accompanied me with compassion, and this made a huge difference as from previous nursing experiences I know that you dont always get the best or caring recovery care post-surgery!

The care I have received from the time of booking to the actual procedure has been the most amazing experience. Any questions I had were answered and always ensured I was well taken care of. All of my nurses were above and beyond amazing. I call them my angels I couldn’t have done any of this without them. Now on to Doctor Yuli I’ve never had a more caring loving doctor in my lifetime. She talked about everything with me from beginning to the end and even came to check on me in the recovery home. Care was way above 5 stars and I will only see them for further medical procedures.

I flew to Tijuana to have liposculptra and a BBL all the way from Canada. I was warmly welcomed by all of Dr. Yuli's staff despite the language barrier. Angelica from placid way assisted me with booking, travel and any pre-op questions. Just before going into surgery I began having panic attacks feeling like I had made a mistake. Thankfully the hospital team helped me to calm down with non-pharmaceutical measures. Dr. Yuli gave me an excellent description of what I was going to have done and was so kind and atrentive to me. Post operatively I was in terrible pain, but Sandra, the recovery home nurse tried various medications and comfort techniques to help get my pain under control. She is very knowledgeable and speaks English fluently. I had initially intended to recover in my own hotel room but I realize now that is not realistic at all. the best decision I made was to stay in the recovery home where I have the appropriate help, rehabilitative therapy and 24/7 nursing care. I had my stay moved to the recovery home where I've been provided over the top care from Sandra, Adriana, Marta, Sarah, Alexandria + more! I would absolutely recommend surgery from Dr. Yuli to any of my friends or family. I am so grateful I was given this opportunity, and to have been able to build relationships with the staff here.

I got a Mommy-Makeover with Dr. Yuli Nikonova which included breast lift with implants, extended tummy tuck with lipo. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Yuli she was very attentive with any questions and checked on me to make sure everything was ok, Dr. Yuli made sure I did not go into if I had a deficit in anything and explained to me what I needed promptly. I would 100% recommend her. I stayed at the recovery home for a couple of days, they made sure I was fed. She had a great attitude and a smile. Btw the food is always warm and delicious. Hi My name is Kathy Zaychuck, I live in Edmonton Alberta Canada. I was looking to have cosmetic surgery done. It was not going to be my dream in Edmonton, I would have had to take a second mortgage. I wanted my eyes, chin and neck done. Well a friend told me about this all inclusive surgery places all over different countries, so I started my research. It did not take me long and I found the one I was interested in. Dra. Yuliya out of LAYYN was the one so I booked the zoom conference and got the ball rolling. March 10 I was on a plane to Tijuana, that is where she practices. I also booked her recovery house she has. Best thing I could've done. You don't want to book hotels that's crazy. I arrived on March 11th, I was greeted by the lady of the recovery house and taken right there. Once there I had blood work and EKG done then took me to my room, very nice and clean and private. Was told my surgery was on the 12th so just relaxed it's all taken care of. The next day I went. Very impressed. Everyone is so professional... nurses and doctors. Made me feel at ease. Well I can't say enough about Dra. Yuliya and all the people that have made this a wonderful experience. I would recommend anyone that was thinking about cosmetic surgery of any sort this is a wonderful place to come and get it done. Best thing I have done for me.

Dra. Nikonova and her team were absolutely amazing! I was very nervous the whole time leading up to surgery and was scared I wouldn't like my results but I was absolutely blown away by the care I received and by how incredible I looked after. I have never seen a better breast reduction outcome than my own and I spent hours of my life looking at before and after pictures. I went to Tijuana alone and from the second I arrived at the recovery house I felt very supported and safe. Everyone was so kind and helpful and patient, I felt looked after far more than I ever have in the US after a medical procedure. Sandra at the recovery house was also amazing in helping me feel more at ease and I don't know if I could have gotten through my recovery with out her. Dra. Nikonova does mind blowing work, she truly cares about her patients and made sure all my anxieties (there were a lot) were addressed. I cannot recommend her enough!!

I am more than just impressed by the work of Dr. Yuliya Nikonova and the LAYYN medical group. She is highly professional and caring. Coming from the US to get surgery in Mexico seems daunting at first. Still, the level of professional care by Dr. Yuli and the fantastic results will make you feel that you have made the most excellent decision of your life to get surgery.. I got a tummy tuck 6 months ago and came back to get a rhinoplasty this past month and stayed at Dr. Yuli’s recovery home in Tijuana. The accommodations are nice and cozy. I felt cared for by the nurses.
I am currently finishing my recovery, and I can not simply believe how incredible my final results turned out. From my nose to my body I am simply just a different person. I have never been this happy in my life, and I have no words to describe my appreciation for Dr. Yuli and the positive change it has caused in my life. My results are incredibly precise. She goes above and beyond and is a very detailed surgeon.

I live in America and was a bit skeptical at first, to go to a different country to have surgery. The surgeries I wanted done was brachioplasty, with breast augmentation, and Lift. In America they wanted $30,000 to do this. In Mexico, it was under 10,000.
I did my research, and hand-picked Dr Yuliya. I was thoroughly impressed with her background and education. I definitely made the right decision.
One of the things I liked most about Dr Yuliya’s team was anytime I had questions, they answered my questions within a half hour.
Once I got to Mexico and met Dr Yuliya for the first time, it was to do my surgeries. We had spoke a couple times via FaceTime and email.
Dr Yuliya reminds me of an artist. When it was time to do my surgeries, she came in the room, broke out her markers and painted a beautiful picture on my body of what she was going to do.
I told her exactly what I wanted, and she executed perfectly.
Once the surgery was done, I stayed three days in her recovery house. There, I met Sandra. Sandra took care of me every step of the way after surgery. I was scared, and in a different country, and she literally put my mind at ease, and made sure I was OK. I still keep in touch with her via social media and will probably always. She truly took care of me, and I will never forget that.

Dr Yulia was great!! I had a breast reconstruction with augmentation and tummy tuck. I had a breast that had been ruined by a previous surgery and she has made it match the other one. I now look symmetrical! I would definitely use her again and I will highly recommend her to anyone. Her staff was lovely people especially Sandra who spoke excellent English and help explain what was going on the whole time. I truly appreciated her help and kindness. Ricardo from plastic way was always available and helpful as well. There were some extra charges that I was not made aware of before hand like the 3% credit card service fee and paying extra for the medications used which would have been nice to know ahead of time but otherwise overall super happy with the whole experience.

Dr. Yuli is the most compassionate, understanding & skilled doctor I’ve ever met. Her communication is exemplary: always available, knowledgeable, and patient. She has a friendly, outgoing, funny, loving manner that puts you at ease. Her staff is professional, kind & supportive. The Clinic Recovery rooms are awesome. The staff went WAY beyond the normal routine to help me with all my logistical hiccups. When I left, they felt like great friends. I’d highly recommend this clinic (& a stay at the Pueblo Amigo because it’s the closest hotel & it’s truly worth the extra few dollars to be near the clinic & they have a shuttle!).

Angelica, from Placidway, walked me thru the entire process, answering all my questions. I felt safe, like she was beside be the whole scary way! There was some confusion, as to where I was staying the first night, after arriving after midnight? This was cleared up and I was taken to Dr Yuli recovery room. This was bit scary, because I was never explained what this space was? Some clarity would have been appreciated. The actual surgery went good, however I did spend 2 1/2 hours in the waiting room at the hospital, with no explanation. This in return, elevated my blood pressure, almost to not getting the procedure! At this point, I still hadn’t met Dr Yuli, face to face. This caused more anxiety for me. After meeting her, I did feel better, however I also felt rushed? Following surgery, all went well. I spent the first night in Dr Yuli recovery, because of my elevated bp, and then was taken to Bella Recovery for the next 4 nights. I am very very glad that I booked this, because of my physical and emotional needs. There was an option for me to either book a hotel and stay independently? I don’t think this should even be an option for future patients. A recovery setting is 100% needed! I am back in Canada, healing slowly, but everyday is better.

I want to share my experience and help those who were getting thread lifts as an alternative to plastic surgery for face lifting. Unfortunately, the tread lifts are not long-lasting. Also, I know that many plastic surgeons refuse to undergo surgery if they have already had thread lifts or increase the cost due to the length of the operation.
Dr. Julia Nikonova listened to me and assured me that she could handle the procedure and that I could trust her to do it in the best way possible. Dr. Yuliya Nikonova with LAYYN Medical Group is amazing! I inquired about my double mastectomy weeks before I was set to move out of the country, and Dr.Yuliya made accommodations to fit me into her schedule just before I left! I’ve waited years to have this procedure done, and Dr. Yuliya got me in immediately. Although at first, I was skeptical to get any procedures done outside of the states, rest assured Dr. Yuliya is more skilled than most surgeons in the US, who charge almost triple what she does. I recommend having cosmetic surgery in Mexico. I was very concerned about having a major surgery in Mexico, especially considering how much cosmetic surgery I wanted to have done and all the horror stories I’ve heard. Turns out I had nothing to worry about. I did the “Mommy Make-Over” package and added a lot of ala carte. I’m a 46 year old white woman who doesn’t know any Spanish other than “burrito” and “taco.” Dr. Yuliya is great! Before I even made a down payment it was explained to me exactly how the surgery was going to be performed. I had personal requests about where certain incisions would be made due to some tattoos I have and Dr. Yuliya was able to accommodate. I think Dr. Yuliya might be part machine because the amount of things I wanted done made the surgery last 11 hours. The quality of my stitches and incisions look great. I’m healing really quickly with no infections.
I highly recommend staying at the Recovery Home after surgery at least 4 nights. Having staff on hand to help you get out of bed, walk, bathe, cook, do laundry, check your vitals, check for infections, and new bandages daily is extremely important and very helpful when you have someone there dedicated to taking care of you. Sandra at the Recovery Home is fantastic! She has a lot of empathy and is always in good spirits. I’ve had major surgeries before in the USA, where I’m from, and there are differences. Space and rooms in Mexico are smaller than the USA, but honestly you don’t need that much space during your initial recovery. Also, the staff in Mexico let me sleep! In the USA the staff wakes you up every hour to check your vitals and poke at you. I understand why, but sometimes just letting someone sleep for longer than an hour is better.
I recommend bringing certain items for your recovery. Bring some strong pain medications. No Ibuprofen or aspirin either because they can cause complications, and as always check with Dr. Yuliya first! Bring comfortable, baggy, easy to get into and get out of clothing. Even though you’ve had a bunch of fat and skin removed, your body will be swollen and sore from surgery. You are not going home in a smaller outfit than what you arrived in.

I had surgery on 8/1 with Dr. Yulia. My surgery was full body lipo and contouring, and bbl. Dr Yuli is an artist and I am so happy with my results. My healing has gone very smoothly, and Dr. Yuli is always there when I have questions. The staff is great, thank you Dr. Yuli, Sandra, Sarahi and all the doctors for all of your help and love. I will go back to Dr Yuli for my breasts and highly recommend her.

Dr Yuliya was amazing, she takes the time to listen about what you are looking for and uses her expertise on hiding the scars and giving you the best results. I tend to worry a lot and she is always available by phone or video chat to answer my questions.
