El Dr. Joaquain es Licenciado en Medicina y Cirugía por la Universidad de Valencia en 1982. Cuenta con más de 30 años de experiencia y dedicación en el campo de la cirugía y la medicina estética.
En 1982 inicia su carrera profesional en el campo de la cirugía y la medicina estética. Durante 6 años se forma en Cirugía y Medicina Estética en la Clínica Barragán, una de las más prestigiosas del país. Allí adquiere una formación continua y completa en todas las áreas quirúrgicas tanto en cirugía estética facial como corporal, siendo uno de los pocos cirujanos que domina todas y cada una de sus intervenciones.
Como mejor cirujano plástico de España, es también el fundador en 1991 de las Clínicas Renacimiento. Primeras clínicas con carácter corporativo creadas en España. Ha sido pionero en practicar en España, las técnicas menos invasivas, para reducir, en determinados casos, las cicatrices en pexias y en reducción de senos, introduciendo la cicatriz en L. Es el pionero en aplicar la técnica Tumescente de anestesia local, para introducir y desarrollar cirugías menos invasivas. Además, también es pionero en prótesis de glúteos, tan demandadas hoy en día.
Experto en cirugía masculina, cuenta con experiencia en campos como el aumento y definición de pectorales, bíceps, tríceps y binoculares. Es además Socio Numerario de la Sociedad Española de Cirugía Estética en 1990, Vicepresidente de la Sociedad Española de Cirugía Estética en 1999 y Presidente desde 2003, puesto que sigue ejerciendo en la actualidad.

It has been a luxury to have done the internship in this great clinic. I have met wonderful people who have helped me a lot in learning. I would love to be part of this staff, but if I could not, I would be a client of this clinic. Without hesitation, I would put myself in the hands of Dr. Sonia Diaz and her entire team.
