After 4 days the upper right implant crown has come off again due to the poor workmanship and incompetence of Dr. Emmanuel Leon (the owner). Normally before any procedure is performed at the Dental Brush dental office they collect payment from you in advance before any work is done. So Dr. Emmanuel Leon was well-aware that the crown repair I was having done on 11-20-23 was covered under a 18 month warranty. But chose to blackmail me after the procedure was done "out of spite" and charge me a 40 U.S. dollar consultation fee (?) and 10 dollar implant crown screw replacement charge totalling $50. When I refused he told me to leave the dental office. His front office clerk had already validated my parking pass before he could stop it. When I asked to use his bathroom before getting into that long border crossing queue, back to California he refused. When I asked him for a medical business pass to cross the border more expeditiously, he refused. I advised him that I would write a scathing review about my experience with his treatment he responded "I will just pay to have the negative review removed, didn't you know you can do that? And he laughed. Dr. Leon would not do this to any of his Mexican patients. He is a RACIST!! Americans especially African American patients, please beware before spending your hard earned money with Dental Brush in Tijuana Mexico, what a sham!!!
It has been 3 days since my previous visit to the Dental Brush located in Tijuana, Mexico on 11-20-23 to repair a broken crown. The broken crown screw replacement provided by Dr. Emmanuel on the 20th, the owner of the Dental Brush office has broken again, and the upper right crown is ready to come off again. And due to all of the implant infections from the implants received from Dental Brush due to poor implant placements according to my U.S. dentist, I am starting all over again! I thought I could save money by using a Mexican dentist in lieu of an American dentist. Turns out, due to the poor quality of dental materials and expertise at Dental Brush, my experience has costs me much more in the end. Also, factoring in the inconvenience of coming across the border. Avoid Dental Brush at all costs!!!
My initial experience with Dental Brush was that the staff was very professional and courteous until I met the owner of the dental office. I went on November 20, 2023 (my birthday) from Los Angeles to Tijuana after driving across the border to repair a second crown that had broken. I confirmed over the phone before the appointment that the upper right crown was still under warranty and that there would be no cost to repair with the staff. I Arrived and met Emmanuel, the owner for the first time. He repaired the crown and as I was preparing to leave he said that he was going to charge me a consultation fee of $40 U.S. and $10 U.S. for the crown replacement screw for a total of $50. I explained to him that I was told by his staff before the appointment that the dental work was still under warranty. He replied that "he did not care what his staff said or what the contract stipulated. That he was charging me $50. After I refused to pay, he gave me a hard time before validating my parking ticket, refused to let me and my wife use his bathroom before hitting the road, and refused to provide us with a medical / business expedite pass through the Mexican - American border. Without the pass, it took us 3 hours to get through the border. I must mention that I paid approximately $10, 000 for dental work with Dental Brush over a 2 year period. Most of the implants received have been removed due to implant infections due to poor implant placement according to my U. S. dentist. The owner is unethical, unprofessional and a real creep!!! I am done with Dental Brush!!!!
