Hi, my name is Stu and I recently attended Innerlife Recovery. I went into therapy after my wife and mother had found the centre (They had researched many other clinics around Spain and other countries in Europe). They called to chat with InnerLife based on their amazing reviews and great looking centre and program.
They had a warm positive feeling after they made their first call with the centre manager Steven.
When I arrived I was greeted by friendly warm and caring people. It was not in any way a clinical feeling, and that made me relax straight away.
After a careful couple of days at a slow pace, I was able to settle in to get the most out of the program.
All of the amazing InnerLife staff, therapists and holistic facilitators understood exactly where each individual was coming from, and were very supportive and understanding from day one. This made a massive difference in the program and the recovery journey.
I can honestly say it\'s the best thing that I\'ve ever done in my life, and without it, I don\'t know where I would be today.
The journey that I had there wasn\'t just about a program for recovery. It was about a special supportive family feeling and genuine care.
It also helped so much being in a comfortable and beautiful country setting. Eating amazing, healthy food and having access to fitness facilities. But not just access, encouragement to use them at my own pace, in group sessions if I wanted, with fitness trainers and people who cared about everyone’s individual needs.
I used the swimming pool daily, to get fit and also relax when we had some time off - to read a book or just relax by the pool in the sun.
What also was great for me were the incredible holistic sessions that we had access to, hosted by caring professionals who visited the centre regularly. I loved the breath work and meditation sessions (which I\'d never done before in my life) ..and now I cannot go without. Plus Gong sessions, sound therapy sessions. I was in a way reborn after my time at InnerLife. I can\'t thank everyone enough. A bonus is an aftercare program where you\'re able to check in weekly or daily if you needed to call someone for help.
It will change your life …or your loved one\'s life (if you are reading this and you\'ve got a loved one that you\'re trying to help). I was that loved one and I\'m so grateful for my time at InnerLife.
So, thanks again to everyone at InnerLife for changing my life for the better!
